- In a teaser for Peacock’s House of Secrets released Monday, Asa Ellerup says Heuermann told her he killed eight women and that all but one were slain in a basement room of their Massapequa Park home.
- Heuermann pleaded guilty on April 8 to seven murders and admitted an eighth and is due to receive multiple life sentences without parole at a June 17 hearing in Suffolk County court.
- Suffolk County Sheriff Errol D. Toulon Jr. said fellow killer Keith Hunter Jesperson has sent more than 10 letters to Heuermann in jail, though officials cannot read inmate mail and say Heuermann replied only once.
