Overview
- Europa-Park, which opens its 2026 season on Saturday, introduced a Monaco-themed zone around the Silver Star roller coaster.
- The new area brings Mediterranean architecture, marina design touches, and a car exhibit from Prince Albert II’s collection, with an official inauguration planned for summer.
- From June 1, a tightened Baden-Württemberg law will confine smoking in the park to clearly marked zones, expanding an existing ban in rides, queues, shows, and crowded areas.
- The park is broadening hospitality with Sally Özcan’s first Sally’s Café now open in the Iceland section, and a 119-room Riverside Western Lodge plus the Silver Lake Brew brewery slated for summer.
- Looking ahead, Europa-Park confirms a future space-themed zone and a technical rebuild of the 29-year-old Euro-Mir coaster, with work not starting before 2027.
