- Round-of-16 ties run 3–5 April, including Leinster v Edinburgh at Aviva Stadium on Sunday 5 April at 17:30 and Munster at Exeter on Saturday 4 April at 12:30.
- Northampton Saints host Castres to open the Champions Cup last 16 on Friday 3 April at 20:00 at Franklin’s Gardens.
- Every match will air live on Premier Sports (UK/Ireland), beIN SPORTS (France), SuperSport (South Africa) and FloRugby (USA/Canada), with selected free-to-air coverage on France Télévisions and additional access via EPCRugby.TV.
- Quarter-finals are scheduled for 10–12 April and semi-finals for 1–3 May, with the Challenge Cup final on Friday 22 May at 21:00 and the Champions Cup final on Saturday 23 May at 15:45 at San Mamés.
- Home venue in the quarter-finals and, where applicable, home-country advantage in the semi-finals will be awarded to the highest-ranked clubs from the pool stage.
