EPCOT Festival of the Holidays Returns Nov. 27–Dec. 30, 2026 After Teaser Stocking Is Pulled

Confirmed dates let guests plan holiday visits and lock in returning shows, kitchens and seasonal displays.

Overview

  • Disney confirmed on June 24, 2026 that the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will run from November 27 through December 30, 2026, giving guests a clear window to plan visits.
  • Core festival elements are returning, including World Showcase Storytellers, the Candlelight Processional with celebrity narrators, JOYFUL!, Voices of Liberty as Dickens Carolers, Festival Kitchens, the Holiday Cookie Stroll, and the Gingerbread Spaceship Earth display.
  • In the days before the announcement, Disney ran a “Halfway to the Holidays” teaser that posted themed stockings on the Disney Parks Blog and social channels and one Figment stocking—showing a small illustrated dreidel, a festival passport, and holly—was later removed from those posts.
  • Disney has not explained why the Figment stocking was deleted, and fan attention quickly turned to the dreidel artwork with online speculation about its accuracy; none of those theories have been confirmed by the company.
  • With dates and programming announced, visitors can plan trips and reservations now, and guests should expect holiday touches across all four Walt Disney World parks, Disney Springs and many resort hotels during the season.
