- The new EK320/321 rotation begins May 1, with EK320 leaving Dubai at 22:30 and reaching Narita at 13:30 the next day, and EK321 departing Narita at 21:30 and arriving in Dubai at 03:50 the following day, all local times.
- An afternoon arrival into Narita supports smoother domestic links within Japan, while an early-morning arrival in Dubai enables shorter onward connections to key markets across three continents.
- The service uses a retrofitted four-class Boeing 777-300ER configured with eight First Class Suites, 40 Business seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 24 Premium Economy seats and 260 Economy seats.
- Emirates highlights a Japan-focused onboard experience with regionally inspired dishes such as a Kaiseki meal tray and its ice entertainment system offering more than 6,500 channels including Japanese content.
- With this addition, Emirates says it will operate 28 weekly flights to Japan’s three gateways—Tokyo Narita, Tokyo Haneda and Osaka—from May 2026, providing over 22,500 weekly seats.
