Embraer’s Eve Completes First Unmanned Flight of Full-Scale eVTOL Prototype

Overview

• The remote-controlled engineering article hovered for about one minute at roughly 12 meters in Gavião Peixoto and was described as smooth and stable by Eve’s technology chief.
• Eve begins a structured flight-test campaign with hundreds of sorties planned over the next 12 months, progressing to wing-borne flight in 2026.
• The company will build six certificable prototypes for the campaign and expects to produce its first certification prototype next year.
