Embassy Developments to Invest Rs 7,000 Crore in Mumbai, Launch Three Luxury Projects

The plan is primarily funded from internal accruals, with first launches slated for the fourth quarter of FY26.

Overview

  • The program covers three new residential schemes in Worli, Juhu and Alibaug and the completion of three legacy MMR projects comprising about 5,000 units.
  • Of the total outlay, roughly Rs 4,500 crore is earmarked for the new builds and about Rs 2,500 crore for finishing existing projects, according to company statements.
  • The three new projects span about 1.58 million sq ft of RERA carpet area and carry a combined gross development value of more than Rs 12,000 crore.
  • Flagship Embassy Citadel in Worli totals around 1 million sq ft with a GDV exceeding Rs 8,800 crore and has secured RERA approval.
  • The Juhu project (about 0.33 million sq ft, around 50 homes, GDV ~Rs 3,000 crore) and the Alibaug second-home project (about 0.2 million sq ft, GDV ~Rs 400 crore) are pending approvals, while EDL targets roughly Rs 5,000 crore in FY26 pre-sales.
