Overview
- The program covers three new residential schemes in Worli, Juhu and Alibaug and the completion of three legacy MMR projects comprising about 5,000 units.
- Of the total outlay, roughly Rs 4,500 crore is earmarked for the new builds and about Rs 2,500 crore for finishing existing projects, according to company statements.
- The three new projects span about 1.58 million sq ft of RERA carpet area and carry a combined gross development value of more than Rs 12,000 crore.
- Flagship Embassy Citadel in Worli totals around 1 million sq ft with a GDV exceeding Rs 8,800 crore and has secured RERA approval.
- The Juhu project (about 0.33 million sq ft, around 50 homes, GDV ~Rs 3,000 crore) and the Alibaug second-home project (about 0.2 million sq ft, GDV ~Rs 400 crore) are pending approvals, while EDL targets roughly Rs 5,000 crore in FY26 pre-sales.
