- Service spans about 57–58 km across seven stations with roughly 20 trains capable of up to 160 km/h and end-to-end trips taking about 50–60 minutes.
- Published fares range from 15 pesos for one station to 100 pesos terminal to terminal, with set prices such as 25 pesos between Santa Fe and Observatorio.
- Access requires the TUMI card or a personal QR from the TUMI app, which are nontransferable and cannot be used to pay for more than one rider, with users responsible for lost or stolen credentials.
- Operating hours run 05:00–00:00 on weekdays, 06:00–00:00 Saturdays and 07:00–00:00 Sundays, as Flecha Roja counters with a 50‑peso promotional fare on its Observatorio–Lerma bus route.
