Overview
- The Enforcement Directorate will auction the Hawker 800A (registration N935H) via MSTC, with inspection at Hyderabad’s Begumpet Airport open until December 7.
- The jet was seized on March 7, 2025 at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport during PMLA searches in the case against Amardeep Kumar and Capital Protection Force Pvt Ltd.
- ED says Amardeep Kumar bought the aircraft in 2024 for USD 1.6 million, fled the country in it before FIRs were filed, and remains absconding abroad.
