Overview
- The Election Commission directed voting to be held again in one booth of Karimganj North, identified as Booth 239 at Babyland High English School.
- Officials cited clashes between BJP and Congress supporters at the location as the reason for the re-vote.

- Separately, the Chief Election Commissioner and two commissioners met Central Observers in Tamil Nadu and instructed them to ensure peaceful, inducement-free voting ahead of the April 23 poll.
