- At a preparatory meet on January 8, the Election Commission briefed Chief Electoral Officers and assigned them to lead 36 thematic groups for the three-day program.

- The agenda features sessions on AI in elections, purity of electoral rolls, voter registration processes, combating misinformation, and balloting systems including electronic voting machines.
- The program is slated to include the launch of ECINet, the Election Commission’s integrated digital platform, alongside an EMB leaders’ plenary and working group meetings.
- Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi plan over 40 bilateral meetings with counterparts, with discussions to cover roll revision and SIR-related mechanisms.
