- By July 10–11 health ministry tallies showed about 1,830 confirmed cases and roughly 648 deaths concentrated in eastern provinces and with exportations to Uganda.
- WHO officials say roughly 80% of recent confirmed patients in the epicentre were not on contact lists, and modelling indicates the outbreak could be two to four times larger than reported.
