Overview
- Police were called at 18:08 on 4 February to Folly Lane, Chingford, where a 46-year-old e-bike rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
- The horse-and-cart driver, aged 25, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of wanton and furious driving and remains in custody.
