- Benefits and pensions due on Good Friday or Easter Monday will be paid on Thursday, April 2, and all other payments keep their usual dates.
- The early date covers State Pension, Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, Carer’s Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance, Income Support, Jobseeker’s Allowance, Pension Credit and HMRC’s Child Benefit and Guardian’s Allowance.
- Jobcentre Plus offices and phone lines will be closed on Friday, April 3 and Monday, April 6, with services reopening on Tuesday, April 7.
