- Earl of Sandwich opened its new two-story Downtown Disney location on June 26 and is currently operating in a soft-open phase with posted daily hours.
- The restaurant debuts The Carvery, a visible pastrami carving station that offers a new signature Earl’s Pastrami sandwich and other hot‑sandwich menu additions.
- An on-site Pub serves draft beer, wine, frozen cocktails and seasonal beverages while the flagship also features a larger bakery and more indoor and outdoor seating.
- All temporary and pop-up Earl of Sandwich sites in the district have closed as the new flagship opened; earlier transition decisions in June 2025 had led to reports of about 167 expected layoffs.
- The building’s second floor will house Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby with no announced opening date yet, and a formal grand opening for Earl of Sandwich is scheduled for July 15 with Luke Montagu expected to attend.
