Overview
- Earl of Sandwich began soft operations in its new Downtown Disney flagship on June 26, moving out of its temporary pop-up and publishing daily hours for guests.
- The two-story location debuts The Carvery, an open-concept station serving a signature Earl’s Pastrami sandwich carved to order, and The Pub, which offers draft beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and seasonal beverages.
- The restaurant is currently operating in a soft-opening phase with hours listed as 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
- A formal grand opening is scheduled for July 15, 2026, when Luke Montagu, the 12th Earl of Sandwich, is expected to attend the ceremony.
- The new building also houses Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby on its second floor, which has not yet opened, and the flagship completes Earl of Sandwich’s fourth Downtown Disney home after several relocations.
