Overview
- The A4 northbound between Leiden and Roelofarendsveen is closed from Friday 22:00 to Monday 05:00 to repair a major height difference in the carriageway, with detours via the A44, A12/A2 and local N11/N207 routes.
- Rijkswaterstaat warns of roughly 10 to 60 minutes of extra travel time this weekend and advises avoiding nonessential trips.
- Crews are milling and relaying asphalt on the A4, with more than 40 asphalt trucks supporting the operation and related guardrail and marking work to reopen safely by Monday morning.
- The A27 around the Merwede Bridge and the A59 near Zonzeel–Hooipolder are under weekend closures from Friday 21:00 to Monday 05:00 with yellow-signed diversions, and the A58 toward Bergen op Zoom is closed between De Stok and Zoomland.
- The right tube of the Beneluxtunnel northbound was shut Friday 21:00 to Saturday 05:00 with traffic rerouted via the A20, EuroCity trains between Breda and Noorderkempen run by bus until Monday 02:00, and the A6 parallel lanes near Almere will close from Thursday 12 March 23:00 to Monday 05:00 for asphalt replacement.
