Overview
- A collision on the M4 westbound at Junction 4 in Hillingdon on Monday, June 1 involved a black BMW and a white VW Golf and left two occupants of the Golf dead.
- Mohammad Hagila, 63, died at the scene and his wife Dil Jan, 62, was taken to hospital in a life‑threatening condition and died there on June 6.
- Maninder Singh Brar, 28, was arrested on June 6, remanded in custody and on Wednesday, July 15 pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter and several related offences.
