- Elvin Suarez, 61, was arrested after Friday's crash on Amsterdam Avenue that killed two men and injured three others, police said.

- Investigators say his 2019 Mercedes-Benz first hit a parked Volkswagen south of West 109th Street, went over a concrete pedestrian island, struck four men on the sidewalk, then hit a parked van and triggered collisions with four more cars.
