- Officers stopped the vehicle near Bicester and detained 13 people from the back of the HGV.
- The driver was arrested on suspicion of immigration offences as inquiries continue.
- Two of three lanes were closed during a police-led operation, with National Highways warning of long delays.
- Eyewitnesses reported around 15 police vehicles at the scene, including riot vans, and an ambulance attended.
