DRI Seizes 8.3 Kg of Suspected Crystal Meth at Bengaluru Railway Station

  • Follow-up operations led to the arrest of two additional Bengaluru residents, aged about 25 and 29, bringing the total arrested to three.
  • A search at one suspect’s residence yielded around 200 SIM cards, about 45 debit and credit cards, and multiple mobile phones believed to support the trafficking operation.
  • Officials say the quantity qualifies as a commercial quantity under the NDPS Act, the materials are in custody, and further arrests are possible as the probe continues.
