- DPS issued a CLEAR Alert early Tuesday, Feb. 3, for April Whitley, 38, a tool used to locate adults believed to be in imminent danger.
- Whitley was last seen around 9:51 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of Clay Street near Main Street and Sidney Baker Street in downtown Kerrville.
- She was described as 5 feet 4 inches tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, last seen in a pink-and-white sweater, blue jeans, and open-toed shoes.
- Authorities say she may be with 35-year-old Anthony Harwell, described as 5 feet 9 inches tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes, last seen in a black-and-white jacket, blue jeans, boots, and a white-and-black hat.
- Police are looking for a white 2006 Honda Civic with Texas license plate CSY9006 that has right rear quarter-panel damage, and anyone who spots it or the pair should call 911 or the Kerrville Police Department at 830-257-8181.
