Dorset Police Investigate Suspected Arson After Sherborne Car Fire

Detectives are seeking home CCTV from a two-hour window to identify a man who may have been burned.

Dorset Police were alerted at 11:20pm Thursday to a car on fire on South Avenue in Sherborne.
The blaze spread to a nearby property and fences, and one person was taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.
Investigators say the ignition was deliberate and they are treating the case as suspected arson.
Detectives ask residents near South Avenue and Lenthay Road to review doorbell or CCTV footage from 9:10pm to 11:20pm on 9 April.
