DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations DLC Arrives July 7

  • id Software announced on Sunday at the Xbox Games Showcase that DOOM: The Dark Ages | Revelations will launch on July 7, 2026 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
  • The single-player campaign places the Slayer as 'wounded and betrayed' in a merciless purgatory where an unnamed ally helps him confront haunting truths.
  • Revelations adds the Chain Spear, a new weapon that rewards mastery by boosting mobility, letting players grapple to foes and deflect enemy fire for new combat loops.
  • A free Ripatorium 3.0 update ships the same day with deeper customization and better pass-code tools, while Revelations owners unlock three extra Ripatorium maps, new demons, and fully upgraded weapons after clearing the DLC.
  • Players who bought the Premium or Collector’s editions get Revelations at no extra cost; the expansion is available standalone for about $19.99 with a Premium upgrade option reported at $34.99.
