Disney World Expands Airport Luggage Transfer to American and United

Guests on eligible domestic flights can skip baggage claim with BagCheck moving luggage between MCO and select Value Resorts.

Overview

  • Disney confirmed a May 19, 2026 expansion that adds American Airlines and United Airlines to the Airport Luggage Transfer alongside Southwest for eligible domestic flights at Orlando International Airport.
  • The third-party operator BagCheck moves checked bags between MCO and five Value Resorts: All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports, Art of Animation, and Pop Century.
  • For departures, guests must complete online airline check-in, present a valid photo ID, and drop bags at Luggage Assistance in the resort lobby at least four hours before their flight.
  • For arrivals, guests must register 5 to 30 days before travel at enroll.bagcheck.com/waltdisneyworld using their Disney hotel and airline confirmation numbers.
  • Disney describes the rollout as a test with room to expand, reviving a convenience similar to pre-2020 luggage programs and signaling possible growth to more carriers or hotels over time.
