Overview
- The Contemporary Resort features a Muppets-centered installation near Steakhouse 71 with Miss Piggy as the focal piece and Statler and Waldorf in their theater box alongside Sam Eagle, Sweetums, Kermit, Swedish Chef, Fozzie, Beaker, Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, and Animal.
- Named creators at the Contemporary include Erick for Miss Piggy; Brandi, Carisa, Donald, and Desirey for Statler and Waldorf; Molly for Sam Eagle; Taurea and Clay for Sweetums; Hannah and Clay for Kermit; Hannah for Swedish Chef; Clay for Fozzie and Animal; and Desirey for Beaker with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew.
- Beach Club’s lobby display adds a MuppetVision 3D egg by Tabatha and Abby plus pieces themed to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, UP!, Bambi, Toy Story, Cinderella Castle, and animated classics such as Cinderella, Lady and the Tramp, Pocahontas, Sleeping Beauty, and Oliver & Company, with a bonus egg tucked inside Cape May Cafe.
- Yacht Club presents six lobby eggs themed to Hercules, Brave, Pirates of the Caribbean, Robin Hood, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, the Festival of Fantasy parade, and Coco, with credited artists including Tara, Jennyfer, Katie, Paige, Erin, Madelyn, Frank, Jose, and Katherine.
- The sculptures are fully edible chocolate works finished with fondant and icing, each typically requiring roughly 30–40 hours to build, and they are available to view only during the resort’s seasonal Easter program.
