Overview
- Two long-running M6 series, Scènes de ménages and En Famille, will arrive on Disney+ on Sept. 25 with Mariés au premier regard and The Power: Qui a le pouvoir? scheduled for early 2027.
- The agreement covers several hundred episodes from four flagship M6 shows and gives Disney+ a large local catalog aimed at boosting engagement in France.
- Selected programs will be available on Disney+ up to seven days before their linear TV broadcast, changing the usual timing between streaming and broadcast windows.
- M6 content will stream ad-free on Disney+ and will be ad-free even for subscribers on the Standard with Ads tier.
- The deal builds on a long Disney–M6 relationship and is being compared in scale and mechanics to Netflix’s TF1 pact while reports that RTL Group is shopping M6 remain unconfirmed.
