Disney Vacation Club Shares Room-by-Room Tour of Reimagined Treehouse Villas

The official DVC video spotlights handcrafted murals, hidden character sculptures and animation-inspired details while refreshed villas reopen in phases through late 2026.

Overview

  • The Disney Vacation Club 'Details We Dig' video, which premiered Thursday, Aug. 6, gives the most detailed public room-by-room tour so far and confirms more than a dozen discreet character and nature references.
  • The primary suite features a large mural of Tod and Copper from The Fox and the Hound, hidden Mickey carvings on the nightstands and one of the largest showers among the Treehouse Villas.
  • A second bedroom uses Eyvind Earle–inspired geometric trees that reference Sleeping Beauty, and the kids’ room sleeps up to three with bunk beds, a Far From the Tree raccoon mural and a Gus carving from Cinderella.
  • Framed Arts-and-Crafts tiles above the kitchen depict insect characters — including Cri-Kee, Evinrude, Ray, Squeaks and Spike the Bee — and small sculpted animals such as Cinderella’s bluebirds and Bruni are tucked into unexpected spots.
  • Refreshed villas are returning to guests cluster by cluster with availability changing as work finishes and the full Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas refurbishment is expected to be complete later in 2026.
