• Non‑resort visitors may only use Disney Springs transit if they hold a qualifying dining or Enchanting Extras reservation and board within a two‑hour window tied to that reservation time.
• Disney has posted signage across Disney Springs to warn visitors of the change and says the checks are meant to reduce crowding on resort vehicles and free up parking space for shoppers.
• Visitors who lose access at Disney Springs can still reach resorts via theme‑park transit, the Skyliner, monorail connections, BoardWalk walks, or EPCOT ferries and Disney is reportedly evaluating whether similar verification may appear at other hubs during busy periods.
