- On Wednesday, August 26, Disney+ confirmed The Remarried Empress will launch on November 4 with four episodes and then release two new episodes each Wednesday through a November 25 finale.
- The series will have its world premiere at the Busan International Film Festival in October, where three episodes will screen in the festival’s On Screen section during the Oct. 6–15 run.
