- Bloomberg, citing people familiar with the matter, reports Disney is close to selecting Disneyland Resort President Thomas Mazloum to lead Disney Experiences, with an announcement possible this week and no public confirmation from the company.
- Josh D’Amaro is set to become CEO on March 18, and Mazloum is reportedly expected to succeed him at the Experiences division.
- The Experiences chairman oversees Disney’s largest segment, reported at about $36 billion in FY2025 revenue and roughly 185,000 employees across theme parks, resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney Imagineering, and consumer products.
- Mazloum currently leads 36,000 cast members at Disneyland Resort and is steering the resort’s 70th anniversary initiatives as well as the long-term DisneylandForward expansion plan in Anaheim.
