Overview
- Disney shared first images of Mickey and Minnie’s 2026 Halloween outfits featuring harlequin motifs, frilled collars and cuffs, swirling confection details, and a palette of orange, yellow, and black, and confirmed the characters will appear in Town Square in costume.
- The new designs move away from last year’s Disneyland 70th Celebration–inspired wardrobe and are described by Disney as a more traditional seasonal update.
- Disney confirmed that Halloween Time will include attraction overlays at both parks and that Oogie Boogie Bash will return as a separately ticketed nighttime event, with general ticketing dates announced by the company.
- The rollout also includes new seasonal entertainment for Disney California Adventure, such as a Haunted Mansion Street Party, which expands after-hours offerings and gives guests more ticketed-night options.
- Because characters, overlays, and Oogie Boogie Bash often drive heavy demand, guests should expect popular photo and meet-and-greet opportunities in Town Square and plan ahead for limited event tickets and peak-visit crowding.
