Overview
- Disney published the full map and concept art on May 28, confirming the central building will be modeled on the Roy E. Disney Animation Building and topped by Mickey’s Sorcerer Hat.
- The new collection of experiences named on the map includes Drawn to Wonderland, Off the Page!, Olaf Draws!, Once Upon A Studio Theater and an enchanted art gallery.
- Olaf Draws! will be anchored by a new Olaf audio‑animatronic and recorded drawing lessons from working Walt Disney Animation Studios artists, with Josh Gad supplying original Olaf dialogue.
- Off the Page! organizes character meet‑and‑greets around animation departments—examples listed by Disney include Mulan for Story, Rapunzel for Layout, Chip ’n’ Dale for Hand‑Drawn Animation and Stitch for Effects—while the map shows dozens more characters whose physical appearances have not been guaranteed.
- The reworked courtyard is already open to guests and Disney says the building’s interior experiences will open in phases later this summer, a rollout that leans on Once Upon A Studio’s studio‑lot premise and collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering and Walt Disney Animation Studios.
