- Disney shared official interior and exterior photos on July 9–10 that show near-complete dining rooms and installed exterior signage for the new restaurant.
- The Carnaby is themed to evoke 1960s Carnaby Street in London with plush interiors, British pop art, signature booths and outdoor terraces.
- The menu will feature Gordon Ramsay’s takes on British classics, including Beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding.
- The venue will offer a broad wine, beer and cocktail program and will host live music on select evenings to position the space for both dinner and nightlife.
- The restaurant sits on the second floor above the new permanent Earl of Sandwich and is part of a wider Downtown Disney refresh; Disney describes the venue as “opening soon” but has not announced an exact date.
