Overview
- The virtual queue appeared in the My Disney Experience app on Sunday, May 24, confirming an app-based entry system ahead of Bluey’s Wild World opening on May 26.
- Guests will have two daily chances to join the queue at 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., with the 7:00 a.m. window allowing sign-up before entering the park and the 10:00 a.m. window requiring guests to be inside Animal Kingdom.
- Disney says the virtual queue covers the full Rafiki’s Planet Watch package, so a queue return time will be required to board the Wildlife Express Train to Conservation Station when the system is active.
- Third-party guides report that every guest older than two must secure a virtual-queue return time, that children two and under may be exempt, and that Disability Access Service users must use the virtual queue; those policy points remain reported practices pending direct Disney confirmation.
- There will be no standby line at launch, Disney plans to add one later, and the virtual-queue design is meant to reduce long walk-up lines, tighten arrival timing for the train, and reshape family planning for the remote Rafiki’s Planet Watch area.
