Overview
- Disney PhotoPass launched the Cool Kids' Summer Photo Challenge on June 11–12 as a park-wide activity tied to the resort’s summer programming.
- Guests must visit two designated PhotoPass spots in each of the four theme parks, collecting a total of eight collages to complete the challenge.
- The eight official photo locations are: Magic Kingdom (TRON Lightcycle entrance and Town Square center), Hollywood Studios (Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway and the X‑Wing in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge), EPCOT (Mexico pavilion and the Spaceship Earth area by the popcorn cart), and Animal Kingdom (Yak & Yeti in Asia and the Discovery Island–Africa bridge).
- Participating requires a PhotoPass photographer at each spot, so guests without PhotoPass coverage would need to buy individual downloads or a Memory Maker plan; published Memory Maker prices include $185 (advance), $210 (standard), and $85 (one day).
- The photo challenge is part of the broader Cool KIDS' SUMMER resort push that layers kid-focused pool parties, character appearances, and Disney Springs events to encourage exploration and user-generated social sharing.
