Disney Outlines Phased Saratoga Springs Refurbishments Through September 2026
The plan keeps some Treehouse Villas available with daytime construction, offering temporary dining options at the Turf Club.
Overview
- Disney confirmed this month that the Treehouse Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will undergo a staged refurbishment expected to finish in mid-September 2026.
- Permit filings from December 2025 list Land-Ron Inc. as contractor, with paperwork running through January 7, 2027 despite Disney’s earlier on-site completion target.
- The Turf Club work will roll in sequence: the Lounge closes early April to early August 2026, the Patio closes early to mid-August, then the Bar & Grill closes mid-August to mid-September with a pop-up bar covering part of the period.
- Tennis and basketball courts at the resort close beginning March 23 and are slated to reopen in June 2026.
- Construction is limited to daytime hours, and Disney indicates existing Treehouse Villas reservations should remain unchanged, though guests may notice daytime noise.
