Disney confirmed Thursday that complimentary buses and Sassagoula River Cruise boats leaving Disney Springs are now permanently restricted to Disney Resort hotel guests or visitors holding eligible dining or Enchanting Extras reservations.
Under the new rule, guests with qualifying dining reservations may begin using Disney Springs transportation up to two hours before their booking time.
