Disney Extends Resort 'Bounceback' Future Stay Offer Through Much of 2027

The company is using time-limited, in-stay discounts to secure future bookings by urging current resort guests to reserve another trip within seven days of checkout.

Overview

  • Disney confirmed on Tuesday, June 2 that the Resort Future Stay (Bounceback) promotion has been extended to cover multiple travel windows across 2026 and much of 2027.
  • The offer is available only to guests currently staying at a Walt Disney World Resort and must be booked within seven days of the guest’s checkout.
  • Discounts are tiered by hotel category: up to 35% off select Deluxe and Deluxe Villa rooms, up to 30% off select Moderate resorts, and up to 25% off select Value resorts.
  • Availability is limited and the offer excludes many premium room types and peak dates, it cannot be combined with most other discounts though some limited pairings exist, and reservations can be changed or canceled without penalty up to 30 days before arrival.
  • Analysts and outlets say the extension is a retention tool intended to lock in future demand as Disney updates its parks and faces growing competition in Central Florida, which could shape where families choose to spend future vacation dollars.
