Overview
- Disney Experiences announced Monday a trio of moves: Joe Schott to lead Walt Disney World, Natacha Rafalski to head Disney Signature Experiences, and Christophe Murphy to become president of Disneyland Paris.
- Schott succeeds retiring president Jeff Vahle and takes charge as Magic Kingdom builds its largest expansion with new lands planned for Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
- Rafalski departs Disneyland Paris to oversee Disney Signature Experiences, which includes Disney Cruise Line, with a brief to grow the fleet from eight ships to 13 by 2031.
- Murphy, a 35-year Disney operator who helped deliver Disney Adventure World and the World of Frozen, steps up at Disneyland Paris as the resort develops a new Lion King–themed land.
- All three are set to assume their posts by the end of July 2026 in what Disney frames as continuity from veteran operators during a fast-building global development phase.
