Overview
- Disney added Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to its Airport Luggage Transfer pilot on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, making it the first Moderate-tier hotel in the program.
- The service is run by BagCheck and currently works only for domestic flights on American Airlines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines.
- Guests must register between 30 days and 24 hours before departure with their resort and flight confirmation numbers and may receive mailed tags if they register more than seven days out.
- On arrival guests can skip baggage claim and should allow up to four hours for delivery to Luggage Assistance or their room; on departure guests drop bags at Luggage Assistance between 24 and 4 hours before flight and must show a government ID and boarding pass.
- The program is a phased pilot and does not provide passenger transport, and its steady growth from a single Value resort in 2025 to this Moderate test follows a path that could lead to more resorts and airlines if logistical results are favorable.
