Disney Ends Virtual Queue for Bluey’s Wild World, Standby Line Begins June 2

Eased demand and stabilized operations prompted Disney to replace app-based boarding groups with a walk-up standby queue that the company says it can reinstate if crowd levels require it.

Overview

  • Disney confirmed the virtual queue for Bluey’s Wild World will remain in place through June 1 and that a traditional standby queue will begin on June 2, 2026.
  • Until June 1 guests must secure boarding groups in the My Disney Experience app at two daily drops: a 7:00 a.m. window open to anyone with valid Animal Kingdom admission and a 10:00 a.m. window that requires guests to be inside the park.
  • While the virtual queue is active it covers the full Conservation Station visit, including the Wildlife Express Train, Bluey’s Wild World show, Jumping Junction, and animal care exhibits, and guests cannot board the train without a return time.
  • Visitors should plan for logistics that do not change with the queue swap: Conservation Station is served only by the Wildlife Express Train, folding strollers are required on the train, and the Bluey area closes around 3:45 p.m., which can compress daily capacity.
  • The move follows a rapid easing of opening-week demand and fits a pattern at Disney of using virtual queues for new, high-demand offerings before returning to standby lines once throughput and guest flow stabilize.
