Disney Cruise Line Releases Fall 2027–Spring 2028 Itineraries With Wish Returning to New York

The schedule reflects fleet growth that lets Disney add homeports, maiden Panama calls and expanded Bermuda and San Juan sailings.

Overview

  • Disney published the Fall 2027 and Spring 2028 itineraries on Tuesday, Aug. 25, confirming the Disney Wish will operate seven four- to seven-night sailings from New York in late September through early November 2027.
  • The Disney Magic will run two 14-night Panama Canal repositioning cruises that include maiden port calls at Fuerte Amador (Panama City) and Colón.
  • The Disney Destiny will homeport at Port Canaveral for the first time beginning in November 2027, joining other Wish-class ships to increase Port Canaveral capacity.
  • Phased booking windows start with Castaway Club early access on Aug. 31 and general bookings on Sept. 8 on disneycruise.com, and the published slate includes seasonal holiday cruises such as Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime sailings.
  • The announcement builds on Disney’s fleet expansion—including the upcoming Disney Believe and a new mid-size class—and that extra capacity lets the line rotate ships to more homeports, offer longer repositioning voyages, and give Northeast and Florida guests more direct departure options while likely tightening early-season availability.
