Disney Cruise Line Names Tracy Wilson to Lead Operations

Her finance-led shipbuilding work positions the line for accelerated fleet growth culminating in the March debut of Singapore-based Disney Adventure.

Overview

  • Wilson succeeds longtime operations leader Sharon Siskie, who retired after more than three decades with Disney.
  • As senior vice president and general manager, she oversees the full fleet and private island destinations, with immediate focus on launching Disney Adventure in March.
  • Disney Adventure will be the line’s largest ship, sailing at-sea voyages from Singapore with the brand’s first roller coaster and a Lion King–themed fireworks show.
  • With over 30 years at Disney, Wilson previously held roles across Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Consumer Products, and studio marketing.
  • In her most recent finance role, she helped plan and procure five new ships and enabled direct shipyard contracting, as Disney targets a fleet of 13 ships by 2031 and earns public backing from Disney Signature Experiences president Joe Schott.
