Disney Confirms Six New Restaurants for 2027, Lakeshore Lodge Opens July 1
The additions make dining a core part of Disney’s 2027 resort and park expansions with menus, prices and reservation details still unannounced.

- Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge will open July 1, 2027 and will debut three venues: Moonglade, a table-service spot with seasonal dishes and nature views; Bay Lake Provisions, an all-day marketplace quick-service; and Paint Out Point Bar & Grill, a poolside bar and grill.
- Monstropolis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open in 2027 with two movie-inspired eateries: Harryhausen’s, which will feature sushi and non-sushi options, and Archie’s Scare Pig Pizza, a quick-service pizza location.
- Pueblo Esperanza at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will include a very large hacienda-style quick-service restaurant that Disney has not yet named or detailed.
