- Disney has scheduled the Village Green courtyard at Disney’s BoardWalk to be closed for roughly four weeks from August 10 through September 4, 2026 and will relocate scheduled outdoor programming to other on‑site spaces.
- Resort activities normally held on the lawn — including Movie Under the Stars, outdoor yoga, lawn games and scheduled crafts — will be moved to alternative locations around the property rather than canceled.
- Disney confirmed a separate maintenance phase that will close Luna Park Pool, the Luna Park Crazy Play Area, and Leaping Horse Libations from January 11, 2027 through April 2027 while leisure pools at the Inn and Villas remain available.
- Dining outlets, shops and main resort pathways will stay open during the Village Green work, though guests near the Inn and Villas may see or hear daytime construction activity.
- The closures are part of a phased, multi‑year BoardWalk transformation running through late 2026 so guests should check with front desk or Guest Services on arrival for activity locations and plan stays accordingly.
