Disney Adds First August 'Good to Go' Days for Annual Passholders

Passholders can enter without advance park reservations on those dates with pass blockouts and capacity limits still applying.

Overview

  • Disney added three Good to Go dates for August — August 2, August 3, and August 9 — in an update published on Thursday, July 30.
  • Good to Go Days let eligible Annual Passholders visit any Walt Disney World theme park without making a park reservation in advance.
  • If a passholder already held a reservation for one of the new dates, Disney automatically removed that reservation and it no longer counts against the passholder's reservation limit in My Disney Experience.
  • The change does not alter pass blockout rules or park capacity limits and does not affect the separate policy that lets passholders enter most parks after 2:00 p.m. without a reservation, with Magic Kingdom weekend exceptions.
  • The August additions continue a month-by-month, attendance-driven rollout in 2026 and signal that Disney may add more reservation-free dates later if daily attendance allows.
