Die Landarztpraxis Sets Season 4 in Schliersee With New Episodes Airing Feb. 23–27

Overview

• Season 4 is running weekdays at 19:00 on Sat.1, with a planned 240 episodes slated to fill the 2026 schedule and parallel streaming on Joyn.
• The fictional village of Wiesenkirchen is portrayed using real locations in and around Schliersee, including the Alte Post, Obere Firstalm, Strandbad and boathouse, Valepp gorge, Fischbachau and the Birkenstein chapel.
• Bayrischzell, used briefly in Season 1, declined further permits after resident complaints about traffic, and Sat.1 said only two public shooting days had occurred there.
• Episodes 36–40 will air February 23–27 and will develop ongoing arcs without revealing outcomes, including evolving dynamics between Vicki and Simon and a serious challenge in Georg’s storyline.
• New cast members Juliane Fisch (Vicki Raichinger) and Ben Braun (Simon Hilgers) join a returning ensemble led by Caroline Frier’s Dr. Sarah König and Oliver Franck’s Dr. Fabian Kroiß.
