Overview

  • Metro Narcotics Enforcement Team detectives executed six search warrants on Jan. 22 following an investigation that began in fall 2025.
  • Investigators seized 834 grams of cocaine, 53 grams of crystal methamphetamine and more than 14 pounds of marijuana.
  • Authorities recovered 17 firearms during the searches, according to Michigan State Police.
  • Three vehicles and over $77,000 were taken with intent to forfeit.
  • Michigan State Police Emergency Support Team, Downriver SWAT, the Taylor Police Department and MSP uniformed personnel assisted in the operation.
