Reported customer outcomes include elimination of manual check calls in some cases, a 30% average rise in no-touch tracking, 1.5x team productivity gains, and 15% faster proof‑of‑delivery settlement.
The AI agents activate as needed to onboard drivers to the mobile app, restore stalled tracking, verify arrival and departure when geofence data is unclear, and collect missing delivery documents.
